User doesn’t exist?

I have a friend trying to login and they’re told their account doesn’t exist. Username is Tertiary Intelligence, and I can see their first post/ introduction thread lol

The account exists, but was deactivated due to inactivity for several years. She should have gotten a message telling her about the deactivation and further steps to take when trying to log in.
I think I have re-activated it, but I am not sure since it's usually starkad who does the reactivating. Please let me know if there are further problems.

I’m glad your friend got their account back! I actually have a mule I wanted to reactivate too just to see what’s on it. And then it can be deactivated it again lol
