Aren't those quest rewards? You can probably get them faster by doing the quests, because more people have the materials needed for quests than have the items, typically.
So it's faster to trade for the materials, and turn in the quest, then it is to look for someone with the actual item.

Unless there was a treasure set released that I missed with those.

But I know the King gave at least 2 of the pacifiers as a quest reward.
