About a day or two ago I started seeing this error message whenever I clicked on the dream avatar link. It hasn't popped up on any other page I've tried so far.
General Error
SQL ERROR [ mysqli ]
The SELECT would examine more than MAX_JOIN_SIZE rows; check your WHERE and use SET SQL_BIG_SELECTS=1 or SET MAX_JOIN_SIZE=# if the SELECT is okay [1104]
An SQL error occurred while fetching this page. Please contact the Board Administrator if this problem persists.

Yeah i just had the same issue.

Thanks for the report! We had too many items in the Dream Avatar Creator.  It should be fixed now.
