Unable to collect the lost item

I got the notification that there was a lost item in the vault.
However every time i try to collect it get the message:-
Error: Item can not be collected!
I have checked my wardrobe but nothing there and i got the notification about the lost item in the vault again.
Help please and thank you.
EDIT:- it took me multiple times (about 8-10) but it finally let me collect it.

I am having the same issue. So far, no luck in collecting it.

Yeah, same here, though it worked for me after the 2nd try.
I hate it when things break on their own, we haven't changed anything about the lost items.
I'll let starkad know.

I tried about a dozen times yesterday, to no avail, but was successful on my first attempt to collect it today!

I'm getting the same error. the item is the dagenth wings (Bright Purple) if that helps not sure if the error is affecting other lost items

It's been two days. I've been bombarded by popups all day telling me to collect an item on market page but an error keeps poping up when i collect the plum lost wing. The item doesn't go away either
