Frosted doughnuts are used at the Candy Caravan. Candy Caravan is only open a few days per month. Unfortunately, Candy Caravan is not open at this time. You'll know when it's open by the doughnuts hanging from the branches on the background of the site. The last time Candy Caravan was open was from February 22nd to February 26th, and the announcement for that is here. The announcement for the introduction to this feature can be found here.
