Because I noticed Amura's topic, I would love to get back my Jodelien account. I sent a message to Starkad, but I wonder if he actually gets online a lot.

Thanks in advance! <3

I don't think he reads his PM, but he usually reacts if you sent a mail to [email protected].

I am pretty sure the page when you try to log in with an deactivated account tells you to do this, at least starkad claims that it does, but it must be well hidden as people never seem to find the information about how to proceed. Unfortunately I can't help with deactivated accounts.

I'll try that, thanks! I didn't get the note with the emailaddress, but although I'm 100% sure of the name and the emailaddress, it is possible that I picked the wrong password. :mcheh:

I actually did send an email, but never got a reply. :mcheh: And I really do check my spam quite often, it wasn't there...

I don't think starkad replies to these mails, he just re-activates the accounts?

I still get an error that the username is inactive. :mcheh:

Thanks for looking into it though.

"The e-mail/username information submitted could not be found."

If I ask for a new password.

When I try an old password, it just says the username cannot be found.

Thanks for looking into it though. :)

That means that the account does not exist, otherwise it would tell you that the account was deactivated and should contact a starkad.

So, it was deleted? :mcheh: I still have my original activation email... I don't think I changed her name... :qshock:

I indeed just registered an account with the same email and same name and it did not say that I couldn't.

I do think it was lost then somehow, still don't get it really... :mcsweat: I got newsletters on that account as well, up to february 2018.
