Re-activating accounts [SOLVED]

Hello.
This is my main account, but I used to have two mules which have been deactivated.
I requested a reactivation and got this message:
Your account has been manually deactivated and is only able to be reactivated by an administrator.
So here I am.

My storage/selling mule was Fading Shadow.

My other mule was Useffel.
There is a problem with this one: I no longer have access to the main account which I used to sign up (it was under the domain useffel.info).
I think it was a well-known fact that this mule belonged to me, but I won't be able to click any kind of confirmation/activation link you send to the original e-mail.

I would wish them both reactivated, if that were possible.

So, both accounts have been reactivated.

Regarding Useffel, I assume you are implying you do also not remember your password?

I'll need to check with Firn, but we can update the account's email address so you can use the new password link.

So, Useffel now has the same email address as Fading Shadow, hope this solves everything.

Btw I did remember my passwords, they were just deactivated.
