I wrote a poem for the writing contest hosted by Limikkin, about the spring event on Kofk:
Spring in the Kingdom
Stripey eggs and cherry blossoms
Float through the skies of the Kingdom.
I catch them in my pixel hands
And drift back down to land.
Molly at the Bunny Den
Has opened shop again, since when?!
Since the spring skies rained cherry blossoms
On the pixel people of the Kingdom.
The Knuffel nibble stripey eggs
(You clicked on ‘Feed’)
The Knuffel juggle stripey eggs
(You clicked on ‘Play’)
The Wuffel steal my stripey eggs
And whizz away.
The fairies wear skirts
Made of cherry blossom petals
“Welcome to the Kingdom,” they say,
To a visitor who decided to settle.
I welcome my new neighbour
With cupcakes and conversation.
Kingdom of Knuffel is a gentle refuge
For another beautiful season.

That's harder, to my mind. That's an ongoing, you have to live with it forever thing, instead of one single moment that's the exception instead of the rule.

Really cute and clever poem, especially the first and last verses. Not enough people write poetry these days! <3
