I'm Not Good At It But I Like It

When I was going to school, I was always in choir.
I think I went one year not in choir and that's it.
Around holidays, we used to go places around town and sing.
We went to town hall quite a few times and we always had little concerts are school.
One of my favorite songs we sang was "Carol of the Bells".
I LOVED singing that song and I think nearly the whole choir did too.
We had four part harmony and I have a voice that let me sing Alto and Tenor so I learned both parts of the song.
I miss being in choir and singing, but I don't think I'm very good at singing.
I could sing okay with others, but as far as alone, I don't know.
I rarely sing anymore and when I do, I don't sound good - but it's likely because I'm way too shy to be caught singing.
Is there something you enjoy doing, even if you're bad at it?

In middle and high school I was in band. I originally was in it to go on the Disney World band field trip that happened every 4 years in high school. That included marching. Not just marching for the Disney World trip, but also marching in other events and parades in our county. We would also march in a parade in Chicago (about 3 hours away). Let me tell you what I am not good at: marching.
I also wasn't the best at the instrument I played either, which was the flute. You would think after 8 years of playing it for around an hour or more a day I would have been good at it.
But I did love band and I loved playing my flute while I had it.
Side note: I was in choir in middle school but decided to not do it in high school as I wanted a study hall, but I remember helping out at one of their Christmas events where they did a musical thing (cannot for the life of me remember what it's called) and people ate as a waitress so I got to see part of the show while serving food. It was interesting, but I don't think I could have handled the individual singing parts.

Awww I wish I learned how to play an instrument.
I always wanted to learn how to play guitar because my grandpas could play and one even had his own band.
My lame school didn't have band, but they taught kids how to play a few instruments 8u
My besties played piano, a kid in my class played cello, his sister played the violin, and I think another girl played...I want to say flute, but it may have been a clarinet xD
I don't remember u,8
Yeah, you'd think you'd be a pro if you did something for a while.
But like with singing, some people just aren't good at it.
This girl at my school tried so hard to sing good but she just wasn't a good singer.
Oh, yeah, I would never be able to sing alone xD
Being in a group was best because we sounded good combined and people weren't just staring only at me.

Learning languages. And also sewing. I'm not good at either, and they're skills that take a lot of time to build, but I do enjoy them. I've made peace with the fact that I don't have to be good at something for it to be worth doing.
