Kingdom of Knuffel

Hello I am new. I'm having a bit of trouble with digging because I only have 5 digs with my new knuffel and I really want to do the halloween event : ( Is there a way to get more knuffels for free or cheap? I'd love some newbie tips!

There are few things you might be interested in to get more digs:
1. Get some food to buy more knuffels (fastest way is to vote in polls or joining word games & spam forums)
2. Level up your knuffel (feed, play, dig and daycare)
Edit: In the shops - living empire you can buy a cupcake and na apple that will autoplay and autofeed your knuffel (so it can get experience points when you're off site)
3. Visit charities forums (someone might be giving away knuffels)

It can be a little slow to get going, but then it gets easier! And a lot of people get multiples of event items, so you can check the market and see if anyone is selling the digging stuff for cheap. And a lot of people get multiples of the event prizes too, so you can often pick them up for cheap later if you do miss any.
