There should be a button on her page that says to adopt her permanently, I think. It'll cost... 1900fp, I think? You have 8 more days before she returns.

EDIT: Yeah, on the bottom left, there's an area titled Options. There's "change name" "edit description" and "adopt permanently". Click on it and you can adopt her for 1900fp.
