I don't mind clickbait titles if they're simply over-exaggerating something, but I do mind it if it ends up not being in the video or article at all. It's a classic "it depends" scenario.
I think my biggest annoyance with clickbait is when the title of a video/article would give someone/something a really bad reputation, while the text clears up nothing is wrong at all. A lot of people only read titles and therefore the bad reputation stays. I can't think of a clear example right now, but I do know it's happened to a few YouTubers where a title called them out while nothing was actually going on.
But a harmless one such as "something terrible has happened" and then it mentions something minor, I don't mind that at all.
I often find clickbait titles even incredibly funny.
As for the worst I've seen, you're asking a lot from my memory there, haha. Maybe I'll return to that at some later point. I just don't like any titles that could 'frame' someone I guess.
I often don't even like cooked potatoes, so raw ones won't do either. Beware, it's also unhealthy to eat raw.
