Hearing spooky sounds.

Right now Im a little spooked. I heard voices whisper, both male and female, heavy footsteps, and what sounded like a ball bouncing.
One of our dogs started barking like she heard something too.
Every time I sit down, I hear a different weird sound, then when I get up to investigate, the sound goes away.
I just heard the whispering again.

Sounds like my every day life xD
I have visual and audible hallucinations every day.
I hear people talking - no one's there.
I hear someone call my name - no one did.
Stuff disappears randomly.
I see things moving out of the corners of my eyes.
However, when people say they heard and saw the same thing, it's different xD
I remember being outside one night and this gray object flew across the yard.
I looked down at my dog and she was looking where it flew too, so I was like "Okay as long as you saw it too 8u"

I kept hearing voices yesterday, but luckily it was outside and during the day. But it was still weird. It sounded like someone a street or two over was talking into a megaphone for hours.

Yeah, I have heard something like that before too.. It sounded like there were ball games or concerts going on, but I have been all over my neighborhood and theres no place they could hold such a big event within hearing range.
When I was in the hospital, I heard otherworldly music that no one else could hear. I thought it was a concert at first, but its a hospital.. plus it was clear as a bell very heavenly or elvish or something. [it sounded even more powerful than opera.]
One time in the hospital I heard trumpets when I was thinking about a boy I used to like. I dont know where the trumpets came from, but it was super weird.

I've been kept awake for hours at night for a week because I've been hearing strange scraping sounds from outside my window, but when I went outside I couldn't find anything.
Turns out it was coyotes trying to get into the trash >.>
Hope your mysterious audio isn't too bad/distracting, I used to have it where I thought people were calling my name but I eventually just ignored it.

First step: Eliminate all the logical possibilities. Double check everywhere that there's no radio left on, no tv left on, that sort of thing. Then, check if there's loose floorboards or if the house is settling.
Second Step: If it truly bothers you, get some Palo Santo and go top to bottom, smudging and setting boundaries with the spirits. Things like "If you intend no harm, you are welcome to stay" and such. Remind them that this is YOUR home, so they have to obey YOUR rules or they will be made to leave.

Do you live out in the middle of no where? Because then I would definitely find whispers odd...Neighborhood or apartment? Not so much. I would suggest watching something funny curled in a blanket. Can calm the nerves. :)

I keep hearing sounds from our upstairs neighbors, always in the middle of the night. It was starting to freak me out, but my sister found out that they are renovating.

But still, why are they doing stuff in the middle of the night i wonder...
