Yes, when I was younger. The girl used to bully me from elementary to middle school about my body. It didn't last, there were pitiable things about this girl and I'm a bleeding heart.

Only very briefly. It takes too much energy to maintain hate and I just don't have any to spare. Mostly I just feel a great awful weariness and sadness now at things that used to make me hate.

I try not to hate people because I believe in forgiveness, but I don't like everyone.
I tend to try to hate the actions and not the person.
Hate is like "If there was a button you could press to make the hated person disappear forever, would you press it?" to me. And I would not press that button xD

I hated my grandmother and her boyfriend for many years. They were both child abusers. But I don't hate them anymore. I feel sorry for them now. Because I think they must have had very serious mental illnesses, and they both went their entire lives without receiving the help that they needed.

I hate a lot of people. I'm very up front about it too.
I hate the man who molested me when I was a child. I hate all pedophiles and rapists.
I hate Donald Trump and like 99.9% of ultra conservatives.
