As someone that tends to remember more bad than good, I treasure a lot of good memories.
There is no most favorite or number one.
I remember playing MMOs with my friends and having fun and I'll always treasure those.
I remember my mom cooking for Thanksgiving and it was chilly and rainy and we watched ghost shows all day.
My memory is steadily failing, so if I remember anymore, I'll post them here.
Drawing a huge blank xD

I remember the first time I told a joke that made my Dad laugh.
I was pretty young, but he was always telling funny jokes and I always really wanted to tell a joke that made him laugh. Can't remember the joke, but I felt so dang accomplished.

I don't usually try to rank or rate my memories. The good ones that are nice to pull out and enjoy again, those aren't worth potentially degrading by trying to compare them... which means I can't really answer this question. I can list off some nice ones, but not a "most treasured".
I've always preferred the questions that are phrased more like, "Quick! Off the top of your head, name the first good memory that comes to mind!" than the ones that make you try and think of ALL of them and then organize them by some undefined method and list one as the "best".
Plus, if you phrase things that way instead of "favorite" or whatever, you can ask the same question of the same person multiple times -and get a different answer each time, which means it's useful to get to know them over a long period instead of a kind of one-use trivia question.
So I'll then ask you all the question:
What's the first treasured memory that springs to mind when we start talking about good/happy memories?
