    • Hello!
I just found out about this community and thought it's really interesting and super cute!
There's still a lot for me to figure out but I'm excited to be here!
Do you think I can still catch up on the Halloween event? :candy:

hi and welcome!
it depends on how active you are, but I fear not.^^

you have to collect 2000 points.

but you can do chatting, playing games, vote on polls, dress up your avatar, feed and play with your knuffel, create wild knuffel.

and participate in our charity forum for some help.

have fun!

if you have questions feel free to ask.^^

Thank you for the warm welcome. c:
I did join the word games forum already.
I'm not very chatty though so I'm a bit hesitant to join the hangouts/chats forum
even though I really want to
even the charities. But I did check them out already.

By creating a wild knuffel I need to draw right?
I would be glad to submit some but I have no talent with drawing. hehe.

you can post in the avatar talk forum.
there is no need to be pretty chatty, and you gather post and fp and so.

yeah for wild knuffel you need to draw.
if you level up wild knuffel you get a free item with every tenth level.^^

@ ToxicFirefly
Spoiler
thank you for suggesting the Avatar Talk forum!
posted some there already. c:

Having a wild Knuffel sounds really fun
maybe some day I can buy one.

Also let me just say, I really love your current avatar! ♥♥

@ Zupprika
Spoiler
Thank you. c:
It does seem nice to be here.
I do have a question regards the spam forum
  1. In an available thread, can we post as much "nonsense" as we can for food points?
  2. Should there be an interval before posting again?
  3. Is there a cap or limit to how much food points we get in a day?
  4. Also, is someone notified when we quote them? If not, how do we ping or get the attention of someone?

I've read and re-read the spam rules and posting rules but I didnt see anything about those
I probably missed it. ><

I can help answer some of these. :)

Yes, in the spam forum only, you can post as much nonsense as you want for the food points.

There is an interval, but the site itself will let you know, if you post too quickly it will tell you "You must wait before posting again". I think the interval is something like 2 seconds? Something fast; if you don't type TOO fast you won't really run into it ever.

There is no cap to the number of food points you can get in a day

Sadly, there aren't notifications that you can trigger to get someone's attention. You could PM them, if you really wanted, but mostly people just assume that if someone has posted in a thread, they will check back eventually. You *can* "bookmark" threads, or sign up for notifications of replies to a thread, I think? But that doesn't give in-site notifications, I'm pretty sure it emails you. (I'm not signed up for notifications, so I'm not really sure. I just try to check back)

Welcome, have fun, and good luck! If you haven't found the Memory game, yet, I recommend it. You can only submit your score once a day, but if it reaches 10k or better you will get 1k food points from the game every day, and that's nothing to sneeze at! (If you're having trouble getting your score that high, I recommend taking advantage of the fact that the points per pair doubles and redoubles per pair in a row; so if you save up where you know pairs are and do them in a bunch, you get much better scores. Pen and paper will help your memory if your memory needs a little help with that at first.)

Oh! One more thing to notice. If you're posting a lot in the spam forum, sometimes the site wonders if you're real or a bot, and it will 'test' you. When you go to reply, there'll be an extra little box, below where you type and below the 'submit' buttons (I think that's where it goes; I can't see it right now to be sure), and it'll ask you to sort 4 items into 2 columns. It won't actually post your reply unless you do that, once that's been triggered.

Oh, yes. MissNikki brings up a good point; chatting in hangout or chat threads is super helpful because besides just random conversations there are usually a nice mix of people so if you run across a question, usually SOMEONE there will be able to help answer, and it's kind of funny because almost always someone else will remark that they never knew it either, so it helps more than just yourself even, when you bring things up in those places. :)

Thank you so much for answering my questions c:
Yea I was looking for a list of my posts / threads
but all I saw was the subscribed thread
I guess that's how I'll check my threads.

I will start bumping a spam thread for food points then
        thanks c:

No way? so if I submit my score once, I can't submit it again?
I'm not sure I get that. I'll probably just see for my self. :mcsweat:

Also, I love your previous avatar! ♥

        @ MissNikki
        awh! Thank you MissNikki!
I sure will drop by ♥
I've been really hesitant in joining hangouts since I feel like
they've already build a friendship group.
I'm glad you invited me ♥
