What sort of things do you watch on You Tube?

So recently I've started watching Lost in Adaptation by The Dom and Various video from the Barbershop Harmony Society. I just figured I asked what other people watch and what leads them to watch them.

I like Music vidoes, and when something is done in a unique style catches my eye. Walk off the Earth is a great example of things being done Uniquely.

Also I tend to enjoy review shows. The Nostalgia Critic, Linkara, and now the Dom. Some of the things they review I'll never take the time to watch myself, but something things I have seen and I just like hearing another opinion on.

I watch a lot of how-to videos (especially crafts and artwork). I'll also watch reviews and comparisons of different art and craft supplies. It helps me keep up with all the new stuff that's coming out. It also helps me spend money (on new art supplies). :mcsweat:

I don't like to watch tv on my computer, and I am not technical enough to get YouTube to play on the tv, so I usually just use YouTube to listen to music.

Fashion hauls/reviews and information, cosplay tutorials/tips, cute/pretty dance choreagraphies and the nerdy nummies baking channel ~

and I also like to browse music videos and random clips to check out what people are wearing for fashion inspiration c':

Mostly I only watch things that people link for me to see... and it has to have captioning.

Lately I usually "watch" various chemical experiments. There are kids I sometimes help with their homework and it's really helpful to show them how something is actually done, especially since they usually have absolutely no experiments at all at school. I wish something like that had been available when I was a student...

I also watch youtube if I want to cook something new, something I haven't prepared before. It's so much easier to do something if you actually see how it should be done. Also, I'm still not a very proficient cook, so everything has to be either mentioned or shown. From my experience text-only recipes always omit some things which are "obvious". And it doesn't matter if the recipe is available online or it's from a cookbook - there are always some things which are omitted.

Other than that, I also use youtube to listen to music, especially if I have to focus and there's a lot of noice around me.

Mostly for checking how to do something in a software I have to use ie. stata, latex, excel, or other "fancy" such software.

Then it would be for music, or to follow John Oliver's show, or Real Doctor Mike telling us how accurate medical shows are, or watch animes in French to improve my French hahaha. I am so hung up on Ladybug and Winx at the moment.

I watched the Real Doctor Video's on House. They were interesting. House being the only Medical show I've watched.

I started it because I was curious to see how the US version of the Good Doctor was. I have watched the Korean version so I was contemplating watching the US version as well.

Watched Dr. House as well. Always liked House but medical wise I always thought it was some kind of supernatural hahaha, and when Dr. Mike said the same thing I was like yeahhhh.

Btw, is it just me or are his arms bigger with each episode?
