Newbie here, hello all
I'm not sure how to make money, any tips or advice for earning FP?

welcome, get food points is very easy, just: post in the forums, adopt knuffels, vote in the forums, share and vote in the art gallery and participate in events.

Well, right now you have an advantage: The Candy Caravan (on the right, the 3-eyed orange-haired guy below the picture of your avatar) is here.

That means when you post you get frosted donuts (except in spam and word game areas), and you can spend them on things from his shop.

Then you can list the shop items in the marketplace and sell them for lots of food points!

You might want to make sure you get what you want for yourself, first, though.... he only comes for a short time once a month, and every three months an item rotates out (the bottom right item is always the one that will leave soonest) so that's why people are so willing to buy them....

I started mainly by voting in polls, digging with my knuffel, and doing the games.

Hello InkPotion! Those methods the others mentioned are indeed a very good way to get Food Points fast- however, if you play the two games we have under the 'games' tab, that's a really easy way to get at least 1000 FP a day! You also get 1000 FP for every regular knuffel you raise to level 10.

Also, make sure you participate in the giveaways in the charity thread! I'm a new member too (joined late September), and they REALLY helped me with getting on my feet!

Hi! Will do, I've posted in some charities so hopefully I hear back
In the meantime I'll keep raising my trial knuffle and play games

Oh! About trial knuffels:

If you buy it to adopt before its trial period expires, it is yours permanently at the state you have it in...
if you let the trial expire, it will disappear from you and go back to the Knuffeltropolis. Any items you had in its room will be unequipped and returned to you. If you adopt one of the same kinds of Knuffels from Knuffeltropolis, it will NOT keep its progress/xp. It will be at 0xp and completely hungry and totally bored, and you'll have to feed and play with it right from the beginning, including giving it a name again, because that will be gone too.

Of course, if you had gotten it to lvl 10 you will keep the food points it gave you for that milestone (or to lvl 20, or 30, etc), but you'll still have to start over.
