Can't post anything to art gallery

Can't post anything to art gallery...
I try to make the pics smaller, can only save them in .jpg but nothing seems to work for uploading ...
Also entered an incorrect link to upload one and it worked but that photo is not mine ... so please disregard that one. It's a photo of cats.
Any tips for me when trying to submit to art gallery?

Accepted types: GIF, JPEG, PNG.

Where are you trying to link the image from? Some hosts like DeviantArt don't allow direct linking.
Other than that I have no idea why it is not working, though the art gallery is discontinued and no possible errors will be fixed, as it is supposed to be turned into an official monthly art contest. I finished all the art for it about 10 months ago already, just waiting for starkad to finally find the time to actually implement the change....

I was posting some photography, tried to link it from imgur and photobucket. I guess I will just wait for the art contest?

Could you post the link to the pieces you wanted to post here so we can take a look? I do know photobucket doesn't allow hot-linking anymore so that may play into it somewhat.

Was wandering through the forum and spotted this thread.
I always tried to upload via Deviantart link.
Do you guys have an recommended website/ app that works more properly?
I want to upload some art too.

I was able to upload your first photo just fine.

The second and third pictures you posted, however, are much bigger than the 650x650 pixels restriction. The second one is 1024x1536 and the third one is 1469x1958.
