Donation Perk Error?

Hello!
I just got online today after having donated recently and got mail from The Queen that my donation perks arrived!
Earlier in the month I donated $20 dollars and got the items for those perks.
Just the other day I donated $30.
However, I got two copies of Queen's Butterfly Headwings (Gray White) and did not receive the Scheherazade Hair (Gold).
I'm almost certain that I donated enough money that I should have received the item.
But I suppose I could be wrong?
Otherwise I was just hoping to have this fixed, thanks!
