is so hard to get in to....
Like, there's no notification for when someone responds to you in forums.
The games suck... I really wanted to get in to this site, and do something new, but meh.
I can't even earn FP, because forums are dead, and there's nowhere to regularly talk.

No shade, just disappointed. T__T

I agree that this site is a bit hard to get into because of the dead threads... I haven't tried the games yet.

I'm sorry you guys feel that way. But in all honesty I don't think that this site is any harder to get into than others. It's true that the forums haven't been that active, but as far as earning fp goes, there are actually a couple of ways to get them even without posting, like doing the pools, rating the art, going digging. Plus you can try the charitys for other items.

The people here are one of the best I've meet on an avi site, so if you are looking to chat you could alway start a conversation and befriend someone.

Not sure what the problem with the games is, but maybe they are not to your liking...

Oh and we do have a subscribe button in the upper left corner in case you do want to get notifications when someone posts in a thread

It's hard to earn anything from digging, I haven't earned anything yet...
and don't even have enough to purchase my temporary Knuffel.

And the notification for subscribing to a thread sends an email... not an on site notice.
It'd be really nice to get an on site notice when someone responds to you specifically.
Not an email every time someone posts in a thread. It's just hard to keep track.

Also, what are pools, and how do you rate art?? That's another issue, I never learned where
these things are. I know about charities, but I don't really want handouts. I want to earn my stuff.

The pools are the thing you made when you made this thread that has options. You select an option and press the submit vote button and earn fp. It should be easy to earn the fp for the knuffel. In 2008 when I joint I did all the polls and earned about 25-30k of fp.
The art you can find in the community category at art gallery. You go on the subforum and start rating the art with the stars. It's a bit harder, but you can still gain a fp.

i love this site, but yes it's mainly a forum site..

only thing i do agree with is the notifications... the spam to my email is so much due to that X.X if we are subscribed to a topic there should be a notification that we can click through just like other sites such as FR etc etc.. deff would make it easier to keep up with .

Ah, I was confused why you kept calling it pools and wondered what pools you were talking about until you mentioned the pools function. Go swimming. :D
