There's More Than One Way To Cook A Potato!

I love a lot of fruits and vegetables, but I often don't like vegetables cooked.
However, potatoes are one vegetable I eat nearly any way.
Fried, baked, raw, boiled, mashed, etc.
I like...REALLY love potatoes.
My grandpa was the same way.
I made a joke about it being because we're Irish on my mom's side xD

I just really really LOVE potatoes.
However, potatoes give me the hiccups.
No matter how they're cooked.

What's a food you like cooked in different ways?

I'm with you on the potatoes. Baked potatoes are my favorite, but I will eat potatoes in any way, shape, or form.

Who doesn't like raw potato? The texture is less appealing, but I think you can still work raw potatoes in a potato salad.

Nah, just peel it, wash off the dirt, some salt, and omnomnom

My grandpa used to fry potatoes and make beef stew with potatoes.
When he peeled and washed the potatoes, he would give me a small plate of raw potato and I'd eat it.

My mom used to say she hated making mashed potatoes herself because of lumps.
I love it - lumps and all.

My favorite part of that beef stew is the potatoes and the beef.
When the potatoes are slightly sweet, along with the rest of the stew - it's pure heaven xD
