I've experienced a lot of death in my almost 30 years.
I had a teacher die when I was about 4 years old.
My grandma died from lung cancer when I was 5 years old.
My grandpa lost his best friend who I always talked to when I was around 8.
My friend died when I was about 10 and she was 13.
Some random relatives have died.
My mom's friend that I knew died from cancer before 2006.
My grandpa died from lung cancer in 2008.
A friend I made on this site died from cancer in 2009.
My great grandma died from lung cancer around 2010.
My neighbor died from cancer around 2011.
One of my favorite teachers died around 2012.
My grandma died in 2015, I believe.
Family friend died the same year as my grandma.
And don't get me started on pets.
I've lost several of them.
I know I've missed some.
But the list continues.
My point for making this is that I've come across people close to my age, that haven't lost many, if any people.
That's awesome, but it's weird to me.
It's hard when someone you care about, dies.
As someone that believes in an afterlife and spirits, it's not as hard.
Though, I'm afraid of dying and others dying.
Part of me feels that I'll never see them again.
Have you had many people die?
