Awesome Employees

I've come across some really nice and helpful employees.
It's great when employees are really helpful and nice.
There was a female employee that worked at this music/book/movie/etc store and she literally stayed on the phone with me for over 30 minutes because she was trying to find the item I wanted.
A lot of the other employees would say "I don't see it. Sorry." and end it there.
But she was so helpful and I was able to order what I wanted.
There was also a male employee that was nice to me and he told me I could just come back and exchange the manga I bought.
I had accidentally gotten the wrong one, and all I had to do was get my new one and we were on our way.
But he was really nice.
There was also another male employee that helped us when he had just finished his shift.
I learned was told that employees can get fired for helping customers when they're not on the clock.
That's the stupidest fucking thing I've ever heard >__>
He didn't even do much, just took us to the aisle where we could get it and he was so nice.
And I've been in and out of clinics and dentist offices and there were so many sweet employees.
I can't even list them all.
How an employee acts plays a huge part in whether I return or not.
If they seem really friendly and know what they're talking about, it makes me want to shop there.
And I do know that some jobs suck and employees aren't always happy, but I can't go somewhere where someone was rude to me.
