Can anybody give me suggestions of good otome games, and the links to download them as well (free ones, preferably, because I don't have money to buy anything at the moment)?

Cinderella Phenomenon is good and is also free. You can play it on Steam. Magical Otoge Ciel you can also play on there as well and it is cute.
I suggest going to the site English Otome games, since they have a section where they mention free otome games and links to them. Halloween Otome and The Blind Griffin are good and you can get to them from that site.
