That Bothers Me!

You ever read something or watch something and the person doesn't know what something is, and it drives you crazy?
I'm watching some older videos of a Youtuber I love, and they got this little kappa.
They called it a duck, but kappa are youkai in Japanese folklore.
So I was flailing at them and saying "IT'S A KAPPA UB"
I do that a lot, but I never comment because I'm almost 100% certain they know by the time I see the video.
Last thing I want is to tell them something they already know and annoy them.
A lot of things bother me, but not to the point where it makes me angry or very irritated.
Another case would be when people mispronounce things.
I know not everyone knows how to say everything, but I feel a slight twinge when people do it.
A big problem would be saying thins like "tortillas" as "tor-til-uhs" or "fajitas" as "fuh-jeye-tuhs".
Being Mexican, my inner being aches xD;
I see a lot of things that bother me, though.
Like maybe if something is slightly off or something goes unnoticed.

I get a bit amazed, but not in a good way, when the contestants on Jeopardy! don't know the answer when I do. I mean, really, they're supposed to be so smart and educated, and I know stuff they don't!
I know what you mean about pronunciation too. It drives me nuts when people pronounce "Porsche" as "porsh". It is a proper noun. You can't just decide how you want to pronounce it.
My daughter sometimes mispronounces words that she's only read in books, but never heard aloud.

I mispronounce things all the time because of that (reading it often enough to be familiar with it, never hearing it aloud) and am always so grateful when people tell me how it's actually supposed to be said!
The ones that bother me tend to be grammatical issues.
Sometimes very common colloquialisms too, as in when people say "How are you?" and the answer comes "I'm doing good!" But they aren't performing a good deed or vanquishing evil -they mean they're "doing well". It bothers me! Every time!

There's a few words I can never enunciate properly
Emporium being one of them
Mom doesn't mind overly much, she likes it when I use more complex words, so having to correct me is a fair trade for her

I HATE it when people mispronounce things and then say 'it doesn't matter'. It does matter. Especially when they keep mispronouncing it on purpose. So rude.

Oh, or professional signs that have spelling errors. If you're going to do something for hire, you should proof-read!
