..sadly..i do not like those eyes at all..
when i saw the left character on the banner,i thought it would have been something of those..

I am still not sure about the other set..
Its kind of..not really my cup of tea.. i guess i only like the hair in 2 colors (midnight and blue iris)..but i guess i do not like it enough to buy it.sorry..

i also thought its about the hair first (well at second)..but since its about the eyes..
I guess if it comes to items like eyes or lips for example, the characters shown in those packs shouldnt have anything else.
So if its the eyes only ,the hair should be removed,since this is confusing..as you see ^^

I always loved those lips, and I did always like those eyes. Although the ones my avatar is wearing now, is my number 1 fav. I think it would work better for those preview images to strip down everything else around what's prevalent (which is eyes this time), so that it would be clear what it's about (even I thought for a moment it's some kind of hair set. Only after I saw the name did I realize what it was). So for the future, maybe one very simple hairstyle for all? Not a must, just an idea. Maybe even same color and style for them all. Something where the hair kind of "fades into background" and allows the eyes to "pop out" more, lol. It's often the first impression that can either seal the deal or ruin it.

I'm not such a fan of the lolita eyes, so I won't buy the pack, but I think you chose the grouping of colours very well for it!
If it was an item I want, I'd totally buy D, since I like those soft, muted colours that are still very much present and not pastel.
C is also nice with those clear bright hues and I imagine someone who likes pastel must love pack A.
I'm not sure what the common factor in pack B is, but they still seem to fit together very well.

So there is definitely a grouping that would make certain colour packs desirable as a whole to certain people, but there is still a good diversity in each, far better than if you would do something like group a bunch of blues and a bunch of reds. Although I'd love a pack of different green eyes... But that would be better if it was actually different eyes in different greens, not the same eyes in a bunch of green shades.
