Kingdom of Knuffel

I was referred to the site by Kitalpha, I believe, but I was wondering: Who else of the KofK community is on there?

For those of you who don't know about the site yet, I'll try to provide a short description. Everyone feel free to make suggestions to change it!

Tattered Weave is a forum/pet/avatar site, similar to KofK in some things, but very different as well. It is still in beta, so expect things to change still. I personally find it quite polished already, though.
You can raise pets (called Kith) by giving them different items that you can buy in stores or obtain in quests. These are given to you by the various npcs on an hourly basis, but there's also a story to come, so far it consists only of one quest.
The setting is that of a university in a fantastic world were some great cataclysm has occured, the users are students of the university.
You can dress up your avi with various items (obtained just like the ones for raising the Kith) - it is a full body avi and you can freely layer the items, kind of like the apparel system on Flight Rising, if you know that. The art is nice, although it definitely doesn't come anywhere close to what Firn is doing here, at least not for the actual avatar items, imo. Consider the picture at the top a sample, since it's just my current avi on there.

I'm also trying equip my kitchen. I got a stovetop recently for trading in a stockpot in a quest :) So happy! There are a lot of recipes that need it. Hoping for an oven or an icecream churn next... But with the game rewards lowered, it's going to be a much slower progress now.
I really like the concept of the cooking feature though, I hope they'll implement more types of crafting! The fact that there is this whole menu part for it that just includes cooking now makes me hopeful ;)

I really like the cooking part too: I'm a completionist type of gamer so I'll collect every type of recipe just for the sake of it. I'm glad I was around during the halloween event to buy all the special ones X3

As for money... I didn't even know that there was an event going on, so when it ended I was so sad... goodbye decent rewards, memory's not the same anymore y-y

I just got a skillet in a quest so I'm extra-happy, less money to spend XD
I need almost all the very pricey ones, so it'll take a while. Really, those doubled reward was so good... with a few memory I can always got all I need y-y

I'm not sure if I'll aim for all recipes yet, but at least all kitchen items! All recipes would be nice in the long run, too.
The way it is now, I hope I'll get most of the stuff by successively trading up to higher values with Jay. Worked for the stove top :)

I played mostly paper airplane lately and apparently that accidentally gave 4x the shards during the event, so it is an even steeper drop now. They talked about maybe buffing the rewards for it though, so I really hope that happens.
In the mean time, I should probably also go back to memory...

I'm really bad with that airplane, can't really get any money from it. The other one is too boring and damn easy
The hard part is that now when they ask me to read something to my kith I need to farm a lot since I only need those super pricey books @.@
