Introvert And Extrovert

So introverts and extroverts. How do you deal with life and the things it throws at you? Especially when you're outside your comfort zone. Especially those situations, since we obviously can't demand the world to change to suit our needs, but we all need to learn how to deal with things we don't like. Do you have some special way/s or do you prefer to "run screaming" and go back to your own comfort zone as soon as possible?
Have you been in some awkward, uncomfortable or even funny situations you'd like to share?
Something else that's not mentioned?

I don't leave the house anymore but when I was required as a kid,
I had dealt with things by just not thinking about them.
Wish I could still do that now, but back then I just didn't
understand why someone would say anything mean and
so I just would think "thats weird of them.." and leave.
Almost nothing bothered me cause of that!
Now's unfortunately another story;;

I'm very extroverted offline.
I talk a lot online, but having to talk on the phone or people freaks me out.
I will have an attack if I have to call someone I don't know.
And when someone talks to me at a store or whatever, I am nice, but I try to leave as quick as possible.
And online, sometimes it takes me a while to respond to people.
I know people have gotten angry because they thought I was just ignoring them.
My whole existence is awkward...
Every time I try to do something nice, I end up feeling like and idiot.
But I keep trying xD

I'm both intro and extrovert. I'm weird.
I am always outside of my comfort zone. You just got to go with the flow as much as possible. If I make a social faux pas I just apologize and try to move on and not dwell on it. I make a bunch of faux pas(s?) so if I freaked out with every one of them I wouldn't be able to get anything done.
