I second these!
Electroshock chair, surgical tools, surgical tool tray,
bone saw, computers, computers with excessive cables,
giant iron cages, broken/cracked walls, faded stains for wall/floor,
chemical bottles, viles, tubes and so on. whole mad scientist, or
asylum themes would just be a blessing...

I would love to have a floor that looked like grass (with texture) to go with the outdoor items. Maybe it could have a dirt/brick/gravel path through it.

I feel like the texture has to end where the wall meets, though. Maybe that's where the brick path could be? Or we could have skirting boards that looks like grass.

I'd really like checker floor, could also have check wall but
I mostly would like checker floor;; and also some wall vines
or flowers, and other hanging items for wall or cieling.
Fairy lights/christmas lights would be wonderful.

I would love the ability to move items outside of the side of the room.
So that you could have like only half an item showing.
eg half a bed or door or table.

Things to make it look like the knuffle is underwater (underwater wallpaper, bubbles, fish, seaweed).
Outdoors stuff (grass floor, bushes, trees, flowers, sun, clouds, raindrops, rainbows, umbrella, lawn chair).
I'd also like to be able to drag things half out of the room too, so that only half is showing, like mentioned.
I'd also love to be able to shrink items or make them bigger.
