Hi I'm just wondering what you've been up to today, what you've been doing in the past days or what you're gonna do in the future. and also I thought we could chat about it

today I've been hanging out with my siblings (10 and 12 y/o) and been playing board games with them. I've also been here on kofk, making my own feeding shop thread and just hanging around. tomorrow I'm planning on going to an amusement park with my family and then I'm going home to mom's and we're gonna eat ice cream so that'll probably be ice cream twice that day lol

so what are you gonna do or have been doing? have a nice evening everybody!

Today is strange. I spent the morning volunteering at one of the state prisons, I'm about to go over and celebrate two family birthdays shortly, and then later in the evening there's a mourning/lamentations ceremony thing we're attending.

So it's been rather, well, not odd, exactly, so much as disjointed? Yeah, that's a good word for it.


Board games sounds pretty nice, actually. And ice cream! You make me wish I were there. :)

Today, I haven't left the house. Always a good start.

But mostly homework/knitting.

Oh what are you knitting?

I just finished a scarf today! So excite! I'm one of those people who's always starting things and never finishing anything so any time I do actually finish something, it's a milestone. XD

It was a kit that I found at a craft store after Christmas that came with a ball of yarn + completed stuffed knit pieces. You knit the yarn, then sew the pieces onto it and it makes a cat! So there's a head, four legs, and a tail you sew to the ends of the scarf. It's super kitschy/cute. For a friend, I'm hoping they'll like it. ^__^

How was your day?

I went to a family reunion that less than a dozen people showed up for
And I'm pretty sure that includes those that organize it and their entourages (so mom, me, a cousin, her hubby, and their two kids). If not, then not much over
We ended up inviting strangers over because we had too much food
Mom's excited cuz one of them might be related to us, and hopefully through him we can find more family

Meme: good job! I'm the same, especially with knitting lol. I've started countless of scarfs that I haven't finished
