Oh, it was People and Plants, which is an Anthropology course. I'm sure there will be a bit to read, and possibly some terms/plant names to memorize, but it's nothing compared to some of my current classes I'm sure. :)

It sounds interesting at least. I'm considering myself lucky for being able to find it...I went through so many categories, looking for an upper division class that was available to me. >.<
