Since I returned to this site a few weeks ago, I have failed every single material captcha. (There have been at least 6 now.) At first I was willing to accept that I was just really bad at picking the right item. But, at this point, I am sure it's a bug. I do not use multiple tabs for this site. Is there anything I could capture from Chrome dev tools that would help to diagnose the problem? The response is consistently something like "Request Error."
