I love Spirited Away! As a matter of fact, I saw it for the tenth time yesterday! It is just an amazing story. The dude who made them up is super creative. I also like his "The Cat's Return", Nausicaa from Valley of the Wind, Mononoke Hime, Kiki's Delivery Service, and Totoro.

Yes, I saw Sen to Chihiro some years ago, when it was released in DVD in Japan. It's a very nice tale.
I think I've seen -almost- everything Studio Ghibli have done.
I've grown with Miyazaki's series. Heidi and Marco were a must for all children of my generation. And I personally loved their Sherlock Holmes.
But it's been a very long time since they made those series.
Movies? I personally love Nausicaa the most. It's awesome.

I've seen and own 5/6 of the listed movies. Spirited Away was good, but my favorites were Howl's Moving Castle and The Cat Returns. Totoro and Kiki's Delivery service are pretty classic too. Unfortunately, I didn't enjoy Porco Rosso, Nausicaa, or Castle in the Sky as much. ^__^;;

Yeah I've seen all those. I love all of those too.

Spirited Away was the first one I ever saw. After that first one it was like potatoe chips, I couldn't stop.

I think my favorite of all time would be the Cat Returns. I also really like Whisper of the Heart. A little less mythical but just as magical and wonderful. It's kind of where Baron gets his start in the world and then the Cat Returns is the rest of his story. Those are awesome movies.

OMG!!! First of all, I would like to thank you all for posting. Second, I really didn't know this many people have seen Studio Ghibli's animations. I think that The Cat's Return is better than Whisper of the heart, even though it was a really cute romance. I practically fell in love with the Baron watching The Cat's Return!!!

Anou sa... The Cat Returns was Studio Ghibli, but it was a different director. Still an awesome movie though. XD Anyone seen the Earthsea movie yet? It's the new(ish) Ghibli one. Directed by Miyazaki's son, Goro. And I'm excited about the goldfish princess movie. I forget the full title but that's the newEST one so far as I know. There was cute previews of it playing when I was at the asian bookstore a few weeks ago. Looks really good.
Edit: Ponyo on a Cliff is the name of the goldfish movie. XD

I think I've seen just about everything Studio Ghibli has done as well.
At some point, I'd like to get all of the movies, but it won't be for a while.
I first saw Spirited Away at a friend's house and we never got to finish the movie. I did see it the next year when it was on tv, and I enjoyed it.

That's one of my favorite movies! I really should get into more of Miyazaki's work. His films I have seen were absolutely amazing!
