I know, i like it to. In my first RPG here you used that name for a character, and i took control of her and made her go into a closet. v_v i felt so bad when i re-read that. Damn noobish me, i wish i could go back in time and beat myself up for that xD;

Private is just another way to show that they aren't accepting more people.
Often it is one on ones or a few persons who had planed to play together.
Normaly you first make a "Looking for 1x1" And when you find one you make a "private".

It's true that it'd be good to have a plot set up before beginning an RP, but that's completely up to the RPers.
