Oh yeah, old houses everything needs replaced or fixed.
I just had to pay to get the AC replaced here because it was leaking refrigerant and full of mold. Gross.
That unfortunately took a very large portion of my remaining divorce settlement.

Indeed. It should last 15 years and maybe the world will have ended by then. lol.
Or I will be dead. More likely.

My whole life has been gone through a wringer. It's never ever been easy. I wish that I could be cool and collected about it like some people but I have a lot of rage and bitterness.
I hope that my new therapist that I start seeing on Sunday doesn't suck.
Mortgages are scary and confusing. My ex and I had one on my old house. It was inherited from his late mother. But she barely put any payment on it. I think she probably refinanced it a LOT.
We ended up doing it once before we got divorced.
But he got the house and the car in the divorce. I wish that I had hired a lawyer to help me, but I was very stupid and trusting. I didn't realize he was going to fuck me over.

Moss, I'm sorry your husband was such an asshole. It's so unfair.
I hope this therapist clicks. It took me a few tries to find a therapist that clicked for me.

I've been in therapy off and on since I was 11. So I've seen many many therapists.
Most of them weren't great. Somehow none of them saw my glaringly obvious signs of autism even though my chief complaints were that I couldn't make friends or connect with anyone. And I also had so many sensory issues life was awful.
This therapy is going to be all online. I tried on Sunday but it kept saying I didn't have a microphone. But I was on my phone and that has one in it. It was very annoying. They ended up canceling and moving the appointment to today. But with a different therapist. I hope that they don't try to do that every appointment. I could maybe deal with having two therapists, but there's no way I could open up to a new therapist every time I tried to get some therapy.
