Dema: I think because it was still part of PE we ran. Dude 11-13 min was also my average. But this teacher, she made sure we all ran or we would have to start over again. So I couldn't stop to walk, it explains my time lol
I don't recall, but maybe? xD I think so...
I love yoga terms, they sound so... endearing...
Nyuu: Go go~~~

Aww yeee... just search for gentle yoga... i think it might be called like kundlini or something... or that might be one of the more intense ones... just search for "flow yoga" that's the kind I like

That's because they're in Sanskrit, it's a beautiful language. Too bad my brain was like "nope" when I had to learn it at uni XD

Don't let a lack of core strength hold you back! Because it's all about building it up!
You start at the beginning and it really helps you improve. Yoga is really customisable to experience level and fitness level so don't be discouraged <3
I used to keep fit with a Jillian Michaels Yoga/Cardio mix. Which, okay, most yoga folks would be scandalised by. But it was great for doing at home and getting a few calm moments of body focus. I enjoyed that because I find her other workout videos pretty encouraging. She always uses different levels of ability and isn't afraid to say when she wouldn't be able to do the difficult level stuff xD
Edit because I keep forgetting to do this:
