uhh I use mangarock or mangakalot but not clue if translations are correct... I assume they are relatively correct.
That said myanimelist has a subscription you can pay for to get it..

There's a KissManga site too.
I have no idea about translations, though.
I know I've gotten actual manga from different stores with different translations ._.
That was confusing xD

Sometimes even official translations are wild
From what I've read the manga translations for Demon Slayer are all over the board for the first several books
For The Wallflower, for one of its names (yeah, it has about a dozen names), the character in the manga books I have is named Noi. Fan translations? Naie
The fan translations are usually easy to tell if the author does commentary bits because those either go untranslated, are simply removed, or are replaced entirely with the translator's commentary
