I don't really like takoyaki either. It's something to try once in your life because it is pretty fun and interesting but I couldn't eat it more.
If I'm eating some again in my life, it'll be in Japan or never.
Though I guess if you like octopus then all is fine. I just can't deal with octopus' texture.

When I go to Japan, I'm definitely trying the real thing out. I've had octopus before, but I honestly don't remember if I liked it.

From what I remember octopus doesn't really taste like anything. It's just that the texture is really squishy and hard to chew.

That's what I heard. I just remember having it as an appetizer at a really fancy Italian restaurant. It's just been too long ago that I can't remember.

Every time I go to a Chinese buffet, I get so full so fast when I barely eat anything, and then as soon as I leave I am starving.
Last night I went to one for my dad's birthday and I only got two plates because I get a little of everything XD and I went back up for the stuff I liked and ended up not eating the whole of both plates because I got full. As soon as I got in the car I was like "I could eat another plate or two full of food." =|

We haven't done something like that in such a long time XD Last time was for someone's birthday? Probably my dad's again. He really likes buffets because you can eat all you want and pay one price XD One time he snapped at the waitress trying to take his skewers away from his shrimp because he wanted to know how much he ate in one sitting.
