Yeah, I saw it try to escape with a root but I just shoved it back into the pot. I kept it on a deck away from other things and never had a problem. But yeah. Mint is a wild plant and can grow like a weed. Gotta keep an eye on it if you want to have one around. I don't know if I'll do it again this year. My parents just told me to go to the field and get some, but I don't want to walk all that way. Sometimes it gets mowed down too
