This could end any time starting from the 23rd, since events have to be disabld by starkad manually and he will do it whenever he finds free time next to his working shedule. I am sorry we can't give you a more exact timeframe. Usually we try to disable events as late as possible on the last day, or even the next morning.

Yeah me too. The granting-2-flowers event is over, but the text still says you're getting two.
