@Sanssouci: I see. I'd be curious about the motivation too
Glass Magician is a book of the series, right?
@LittleJulez: let's see if I read maybe 3 of those titles XD
Good luck finishing that paper!

Yeah, it's book #2. I read book #1 and #2 a few years ago. But I only just got #3 recently. So I had to read #1 and #2 again to refresh my memory!

I've been going through more of those darned first-person books that have piled up for so long because I keep putting them off. But they're worse when I'm trying to do them all in a row like this, I need to take a break from them and grab something else.
Maybe I'll reread some of the Patricia McKillip books? That'd make a nice change. I haven't read Od Magic or Alphabet of Thorns in an awfully long time. Or Song for the Basilisk. Or In the Forests of Serre. In fact, most any of them....

how many 3rd person books do you need between two 1st person books to feel less overwhelmed?

Akili, that sounds like a good idea, to switch to a different focalizer, that can be refreshing :)
Thanks, Alice, I finished the paper yesterday!
And I more or less finished the book on LSD, I wanted to give it back to my friend whom it belongs to, a few pages were left.
I am going to start reading "The perks of being a wallflower" today :) Cannot wait!

Thank you!
I am already through the first 100 pages, it is a lovely book. I loved the movie, but I did not expect the book to be that nice.

That's the next book of a series right? Do you like it?
