Oooh. I owe someone art here...but I currently don't have the time/energy.

Tomorrow is a Halloween party that I need to get ready for (costume's still unfinished), and Saturday is work. Then I decided today that I'm going to go after church on Sunday and do pumpkin carving with a friend. She's from out of the country, so I wanted to share some Halloween traditions with her. She was so confused last week when my brother and I were trying to describe pumpkin spice. XD

Oh, she's from Thailand. She isn't entirely unfamiliar, since she knows of trick-or-treating (she stayed in the US briefly when she was young). I just think she didn't get the full Halloween experience.

Ah... I see :D Now that we talk about it... I don't know much about Halloween traditions in other countries. In the places I know, it's generally the same so I assumed... yknow?

She's probably seen a lot of the traditions before due to films, but I don't think she's participated in many herself.

How long is she staying?

Oh, indefinitely, I think. She's already a bit homesick though, but it makes sense; her whole life was over there.

I don't know much about why she's staying here, but I hope she's enjoying her time with us, at least.
