I don't think we need a subfourm for events, but to answer Firn's question. I imagine perhaps they are thinking in the Playground section there would be an Event forum that would only be posted in during the various events. This way things would be easier to find.

That's exactly what I was thinking of. That way we wouldn't have to hunt all over for places to post and it would be easier to post randomly in people's topics in that forum without being accused of spamming or random posting and you would still be on topic with what people are talking about. I've tried to do forum based events in the past and gotten in trouble for supposedly spam posting in random topics because it wasn't on topic I just wanted to get the items for the event since I don't sit there and post in topics just to have a conversation. It would make it easier to make one forum for just events and lock it in between events.

This seems like a pretty fun event. :) I'm looking forward to seeing what items show up!

I can assure you that, if we had any kind of Event forum, the same rules as in our other forums would apply to it: If you don't want to have concersation with other people and just post off-topic stuff/spam in order to get items, you would get into trouble for it.
This is exactly what we don't want here, otherwise we would have enabled the event for the Spam forum.

If the event isn't fun to you and you don't like posting, I always suggest to just buy the items off other users. Many users, mostly the ones who enjoy talking with other users anyways, have a lot of doubles and the items don't go for very high prices.

If we got a spring themed knuffel out of one of the seeds and it "grew" through it's stages all plant themed I'd be thrilled.

At least now I have a new laptop so I can go out and enjoy the spring weather while still getting posts in for water/fertilizer.
