What about fruit knuffles, Like strawberry/melon/coconut? They could be cute!

Hmm there are already strawberry items on Knuffel... kiwi could be cute... hmm *thinks*

You could do a shish-kebab knuffel! More and more bits added to the skewer...

Or an artichoke knuffel. I don't know why, but I am convinced that it would be bizarrely adorable.
Albeit in a prickly fashion.
