I tried going back and clicking the window again but now it says I already opened it (and it's still not showing up in my wardrobe).

I just had the same problem, as well. I'm guessing it'll be fixed when it's morning in Europe

Hi add me to the list of those who the hair image did not load or show up in my inventory.
I can't wait to see it, hair, eyes, & skin are my favorite items on the site.

if i search "doughnight '14" set on all categories, i see an empty spot where the hair should be. but when i try to equip it, it only gives the bangs...
otherwise, it doesn't work on my inventory either...

Oh! I just tried that. I like the front of the hair a lot. Looking forward to seeing the back with it too!

Add me to the list of people who got a broken image for today and didn't get the hair in her wardrobe. At least I'm not the only one with this bug.

I have the same problem. No Doughnight '14 hair. I have doughnight '13 though, but I do not remember whether I had gotten it for myself or not before, since I had a small break before Christmas due to exams.
