Starkad has already posted this in the Support forum, but if anyone of you did not see it there: If you levelled her in Fire, assuming she would be a Fire Knuffel and have a problem with that (remember, you can still get it to 100% Water, since Knuffel can have up to 110% in their starting element, which is of little use, because it does not get any better than at 100%), you can PM starkad and he will shift over the points to Water.

My brother and I even had an argument about it before it got fixed. He only saw the announcement and I had only looked after I bought her. Seems in the end we were both right. :}
