Dress is first and main thing that catches attention in this knuffel and it looks almost the same in all stages.

This. The base of your Knuffel must leave a margin around all sides. It should not end right at the end of the image, but should also not leave an significant amount of space.
Look at space that is left above head and how much space there is on sides and bottom. Knuffel should be right in the middle, with proportional amount of space around it.
