He did say you might have to reload it... have you tried refreshing the page, clearing the cache or whatever? I'm not really sure what this reloading might mean, but I'd try refreshing the page or clearing the cache nonetheless.

Refreshed the page, did that several times in a row. Not 100% sure how to clear the cache. But I'll try that.
and thank you again Zia. Clearing the cache worked. Anyone else dealing with this should try to do the same.
