I'm not sure, but I think that the Shiva hair or the sweet lolita wings.
Personally the ones I would spend the most on are the moo moo ears, cuz I use them a lot

Right now I'm wearing several MT separates. Nothing too rare.
I suppose maybe my eyes? Or even the draconica items.
